Affordable Auto Quotes respects your right to decide how and whether we contact you. This policy explains how to opt out of marketing calls and text messages and how we handle those requests.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to stop contacting you for marketing. You do not have to give a reason, and doing so will never affect your ability to request quotes in the future.
How to make a request
- Text message: reply STOP to any text we send.
- Email: write to info@affordableautoquotes.us with “Do Not Call” in the subject line.
- Phone: call (754) 288-3939 and ask to be added to our internal Do Not Call list.
- Mail: Affordable Auto Quotes, 501 E Las Olas Blvd, Suite 300, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33301.
Please include your name and the phone number you want removed so we can find it.
How we handle requests
We add your number to our internal Do Not Call list as soon as we can and no later than 30 days after we receive your request. We keep your number on that list for at least five years unless you ask to be removed sooner. Insurance agents and providers who received your request may maintain their own lists, so you may need to ask them directly as well.
National Do Not Call Registry
You can also register your number with the National Do Not Call Registry at donotcall.gov or by calling 1-888-382-1222. Please note that when you give express written consent through our form, we and the providers who respond to your request may contact you even if your number is registered. You can revoke that consent at any time using the methods above.
When we may still contact you
- Non-marketing messages about a request you made, such as confirming that we received it.
- Where you have an existing relationship with us or you gave your express consent and have not revoked it.
Reporting a problem
If you got a call or message after opting out, tell us at info@affordableautoquotes.us with the date, time and number that contacted you. We will investigate and respond promptly.
